- Venue and room: send the full address and room name, not only the city.
- Access window: hotels, ballrooms and convention spaces may require a loading area, service elevator or scheduled setup.
- Space and power: most booths need nearby power; the 360 Platform needs about 8 by 8 feet of flat floor; the Overhead 360 requires a clear 12 by 12 foot operating area with at least 10 feet of unobstructed height.
- Outdoor events: daytime setups need shade and a weather plan.
- Venue documents: if the venue requests insurance documentation or vendor forms, tell us before reserving so we can confirm the requirement.
- Language: planning and guest service are available in English and Spanish.

Broward photo booth questions
How much is a photo booth in Broward County?
Drop-off is $350 for three hours or $500 for a full event of up to seven hours, attended booths start at $450 for three hours, and 360 is $600 for two hours. A $50 transport fee is added to Broward bookings. Your written quote confirms the booth, hours, venue address, and transport fee before you reserve.
Do you serve all of Broward County?
We accept requests for Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Davie, Weston, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Sunrise, Plantation, and other Broward locations. Availability depends on the booth, date, venue, and setup window.
Is the Miami-Dade travel policy the same in Broward?
Miami-Dade pricing pages state that travel is included there. A $50 transport fee applies to Broward bookings and is shown in the written quote before you reserve.
Can you work at a Broward hotel or convention venue?
Tell us the venue, room, access window, and any insurance or loading requirements. We confirm what the venue requires before you reserve rather than making assumptions about access.
Do you provide service in Spanish?
Yes. Quotes, planning, booth instructions, overlays, and on-site guest support are available in English or Spanish.
Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
