Most of Aventura happens above the ground floor
A lot of the events here are in condo party rooms and hotel function spaces, which means the booth doesn't get wheeled in off a car park. It goes through a loading bay, into a service elevator, along a corridor, and into a room with a booking that started at a specific minute.
That's fine, but it isn't something to improvise on the night. Tell us the building when you book and we'll speak to management about the load-in route and the access window before the day arrives.

Condo and hotel events
- Give us the building and the room and we'll confirm the load-in route and service elevator access with management ourselves.
- Party-room bookings are strict. Tell us your window and we'll build inside it and be clear of the room by the end of it.
- Space — about 8 by 10 feet for most booths, 8 by 8 feet of flat floor for the 360. Party rooms are usually fine; we'll check yours.
- Branded events — send your logo and colors and every photo carries them.

What it costs in Aventura
- From $450 for three hours — attendant, premium backdrop, custom overlay and studio lighting included; red carpet and stanchions come with Glam, DSLR, AI and 360
- DSLR printing included — up to 8 strips or 5 three-photo 4×6 prints per session
- No travel fee to Aventura — setup, breakdown and travel are included anywhere in Miami-Dade
- Extra hours are $100 for Drop-off or Digital, $125 for Glam or DSLR, $150 for AI, and $175 for 360. A non-refundable retainer holds the date: $100 for Drop-off, $150 for Digital, and $200 for Glam, DSLR, AI, or 360. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Can you set up in a condo party room?
Yes, and it's a good part of what we do in Aventura. Tell us the building and we'll arrange the load-in route and access window with management directly.
Do you do bar and bat mitzvahs?
Yes. The 360 is what the kids queue for; the glam booth is what the family ends up framing. Plenty of parties book both.
How much is a photo booth in Aventura?
From $450 for three hours, with an attendant, premium backdrop, custom overlay and travel included. Red carpet and stanchions are included with Glam, DSLR, AI and 360. Extra hours range from $100 to $175 depending on the booth.
Can you work a hotel event?
Yes — tell us the hotel and we'll coordinate arrival and setup times with their events team so the booth is built before doors open.
