Before doors open

Logistics

  • Setup on your schedule. We arrive and install before doors open, never during your event.
  • Space. Most booths need about 8 by 10 feet and a power outlet. The 360 needs roughly 8 by 8 feet of flat floor.
  • Load-in. Tell us the venue and we'll coordinate arrival and setup times directly with them.
  • Internet. The AI booth processes in the cloud and needs a stable connection — we'll confirm this with your venue beforehand.

Pricing

Booths start at $450 for three hours, including setup, breakdown, and an on-site attendant. Extra hours run $125 to $195 depending on the booth.

Multi-day events, trade shows, and larger activations are quoted individually — tell us the format and we'll put together a proposal.

A 25% retainer holds your date; the balance is due seven days before the event.

How much is a corporate photo booth in Miami?

Can you brand the photos with our logo?

Yes. Send your logo, colors, and any campaign assets and we'll design the overlay around them, then send it for approval before the event.

Do we get the photos afterward?

Yes. You get a downloadable online gallery of every photo from the event, kept for three months.

Yes — photos go to their phones by text, email, or QR code within seconds, ready to post.
