Good to know: The 360 Overhead is $500 for 2 hours, and the 360 Glass Platform is $600 for 2 hours. Additional hours are $150 each. A 30% retainer holds the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Travel is included across Miami-Dade; Broward adds $50. Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
