A Drop-Off Photo Booth for a quinceañera.
At this Miami Beach quinceañera, the family chose our self-service Drop-Off Photo Booth. We delivered it, placed and tested it before guests arrived, and collected it afterward. The white drape belonged to the event setup; the booth handled the photos, on-screen directions and instant digital delivery.
The white drape and props shown were part of the event setup and are not included in the standard Drop-Off package. The personalized lavender layout was arranged for this event; standard Drop-Off does not include a custom overlay.

Hotel and venue planning
What we confirm before arrival.
- Vendor access: entrance, loading window, parking or valet, service elevators and the venue contact.
- Space and utilities: a level operating area, nearby power and, when the selected experience needs it, a stable internet connection.
- Venue paperwork: attended booths carry commercial liability insurance, and a certificate is available when requested.
- Venue-imposed charges: published package prices include our travel, setup and breakdown in Miami-Dade. Mandatory parking, valet, loading-dock, internet, electrical or union-labor fees charged by the property are separate. We identify known charges before the agreement whenever the venue provides the details.
- Outdoor events: for daytime outdoor events, a $50 canopy surcharge applies unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy. A power station is available for $50 when no outlet is available.
- Late-night service: attended booths add a flat $100 when scheduled service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. requires advance approval. For Drop-Off, the $100 charge applies only to collection at the end of the event after midnight; a later daytime collection arranged in advance has no late-night fee.
- Booking: a 30% retainer holds the date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event.

No. Miami Beach is in Miami-Dade County, so standard travel is included. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
