Quinces and weddings may be planned for a year. The celebrations on this page may come together in a month and happen at home or in a rented hall: prom night, a fiftieth birthday, a graduation or a gender reveal.

The backdrop does half the work. We hang the pink or blue option, design the overlay with your message, and carry the announcement across the prints, phone delivery and online gallery.
If you are keeping the result a surprise for yourself, tell us who knows it. Send both designs, and we will set up the one they confirm before the reveal.

This recent Sunrise birthday featured our DSLR Photo Booth with prints and studio lighting, using the greenery wall already installed at the venue. Shade, and why it matters
If it's outside
Most reveals and a lot of birthdays happen in the afternoon, in a garden. That's the one setup with a real constraint.
- Shade is not optional in daylight. The booth is a screen and a computer, and direct Miami sun can overheat the equipment. A tree, a covered patio, a loggia or a tent all work.
- Evening outdoor events: after sunset, direct sun is no longer the concern, but the setup still needs level ground, power and a weather plan.
- Daytime outdoor events. A $50 surcharge applies for a canopy unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy.
- No power outlet? No worries, we bring our own power station for $50.
The night the whole group dresses up
Prom and graduation
Prom photos usually mean one rushed shot on somebody's driveway before the limo. The booth gives the group an actual backdrop and as many tries as they want, at the after-party or the pre-party, whichever one has the room to fit a booth.
Group size is the thing to plan around. The 360 Glass Platform fits up to three guests, while 360 Overhead captures groups of up to ten at floor level.
Book the date early. Prom and graduation season lands in the same few weeks, and everybody wants the same three Saturdays in May and June. If you already know your date, ask early. Those weekends reserve faster than the rest of the year.
No delivery fee
What it costs
- Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours, including delivery, setup and collection. Additional time is $100 per hour.
- DSLR with prints starts at $650 for three hours with Standard. It includes an attendant, professional camera and lighting, a premium backdrop, themed sign props, red carpet, gold stanchions and your choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints. Glam uses a clean white backdrop without props; AI also includes the premium backdrop and themed sign props.
- DSLR printing included: choose 2×6 strips or 4×6 photos at the same price, with up to six copies per completed session
- No travel fee anywhere in Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
- Additional hours are $100 for Digital Drop-Off and $150 for DSLR, Magic Mirror and either 360 experience. Black & White Glam is a complete package from $550, and AI Portraits is a $150 style add-on. A 30% retainer holds the date for every package. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Questions
How much is a photo booth for a birthday in Miami?
Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours and is delivered, set up and collected without an attendant. DSLR with prints starts at $650 for three hours; 360 Overhead starts at $500 for two hours. Miami-Dade travel is included; Broward bookings add $50.
Do you do gender reveals?
Often. We bring the pink or the blue backdrop, and the overlay carries whatever you want it to say. This means every photo from the night already announces it.
Can you keep the reveal a secret from us too?
Yes. Plenty of parents don't want to know either. Tell us who does know, send us both designs, and we'll set up whichever one they confirm on the day.
Do you do graduations?
Yes. Graduations, milestone birthdays and family parties are a good part of what we do, especially in May and June when they all land at once.
Do you do prom?
Yes. The 360 is the one prom groups ask for most, since the Glass Platform fits up to three people and Overhead 360 fits up to ten, but any booth works at a pre-party or after-party.
Can the booth go outside?
Yes. Daytime setups need shade, and every outdoor setup needs a level surface, nearby power and a weather plan. A canopy is $50 unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy; a power station is $50 when no outlet is available.
What if we have no shade or no outlet?
For daytime outdoor events a $50 surcharge applies for a canopy (unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy). No power outlet? No worries, we bring our own power station for $50.
What about a party at home?
That's most of them. We need about 8 by 10 feet, a standard outlet, and somewhere to park close enough to unload.
How far ahead should we book?
A few weeks is usually fine for a weekday or a smaller party. Saturdays in May and June fill early because graduations stack up.

Serving Miami-Dade County
We bring the booth to Westchester, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest and everywhere between; houses, backyards, halls and restaurants alike. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across the county.
Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
