Outdoor events, done properly
- Level ground for the 360. It needs roughly 8 by 8 feet of genuinely flat surface: a patio or terrace rather than lawn. Grass is usually too uneven for safe platform operation.
- Power. An outdoor outlet is ideal. If the nearest one is indoors, tell us the distance and we will bring the correct extension cable. We can also provide our own power station for $50.
- Shade, in daylight. The booth is a screen and a computer, and direct Miami sun will overheat it: a tent edge, a loggia, a covered terrace. No cover on site? We bring a canopy for $50. After sunset, shade is no longer needed, but the setup still requires level ground, power and a weather plan.
- Where the light goes. If your party starts in daylight and ends in the dark, we'll position for the dark half, because that's when the booth gets used.

What it costs in Pinecrest
- Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours, without an attendant, physical backdrop, props or prints. Black & White Glam starts at $550 and AI Portraits adds $150.
- DSLR with prints starts at $650 with Standard and includes an attendant, professional camera and lighting, a premium backdrop, themed sign props, red carpet, gold stanchions, and a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 photos with up to six copies per completed session. Glam uses a clean white backdrop without props; AI also includes the premium backdrop and themed sign props.
- No travel fee to Pinecrest: setup, breakdown and travel are included anywhere in Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
- Additional hours are $100 for Digital Drop-Off and $150 for DSLR, Magic Mirror and either 360 experience. Black & White Glam is a complete package from $550, and AI Portraits is a $150 style add-on. A 30% retainer holds the date for every package. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Can you set up in our garden?
Yes, and most of our Pinecrest events are at home. We'll want to know the surface, the nearest power, and whether there's cover before we quote.
Does the 360 Glass Platform work on grass?
Usually not. The 360 Glass Platform needs about 8 by 8 feet of flat, level ground: a patio, terrace or pool deck. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.
Does it need shade?
In daylight, yes. The booth contains a screen and computer, and direct Miami sun can overheat it. Anything counts: a tree, a loggia, a tent. A $50 surcharge applies for a canopy unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy.
What if it rains?
We'll agree a covered fallback position when you book, so it's a decision already made rather than one taken in a hurry on the night.

Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
