Pinecrest events tend to happen at home, on properties with enough land that the party goes outside — a tent on the lawn, a terrace, a pool deck. That's a nicer setting than any ballroom and a harder one to put a booth in.
Grass isn't flat, evening humidity is real, and the nearest outlet is often inside the house. None of that is a problem if it's known in advance, and all of it is a problem at six o'clock on the night.

Outdoor events, done properly
- Level ground for the 360. It needs roughly 8 by 8 feet of genuinely flat surface — a patio or terrace rather than lawn. Grass is usually a no.
- Power. An outdoor outlet is ideal. If the nearest one is indoors, tell us the distance and we'll bring the run rather than improvising with your extension cord — or a power bank for $25, which runs the booth for the whole booking.
- Shade, in daylight. The booth is a screen and a computer, and direct Miami sun will overheat it — a tent edge, a loggia, a covered terrace. No cover on site? We bring a canopy for $25. An evening party outdoors needs none of this.
- Where the light goes. If your party starts in daylight and ends in the dark, we'll position for the dark half, because that's when the booth gets used.

- Extra hours are $100 for Drop-off or Digital, $125 for Glam or DSLR, $150 for AI, and $175 for 360. A non-refundable retainer holds the date: $100 for Drop-off, $150 for Digital, and $200 for Glam, DSLR, AI, or 360. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Can you set up in our garden?
Yes, and most of our Pinecrest events are at home. We'll want to know the surface, the nearest power, and whether there's cover before we quote.
Does the 360 work on grass?
Usually not. It needs about 8 by 8 feet of flat, level ground — a patio, terrace or pool deck. Tell us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.
Does it need shade?
In daylight, yes — the booth is a screen and a computer and direct Miami sun will overheat it. Anything counts: a tree, a loggia, a tent. We bring a canopy for $25 if there's nothing on site. An evening party outdoors needs nothing at all.
What if it rains?
We'll agree a covered fallback position when you book, so it's a decision already made rather than one taken in a hurry on the night.
