Casas, patios y salones
Most of what we do around here is at home: a patio off Bird Road, a garage cleared for the event or a Florida room with the furniture moved back. The rest is in rented halls along Coral Way or near Tropical Park.
- At a house we need about 8 by 10 feet, a standard outlet, and somewhere to park close enough to unload. A driveway is perfect.
- Outdoors works, under cover. In daylight it needs shade because direct sun can overheat the booth. A $50 canopy surcharge applies unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy. We'll agree a wet-weather spot when you book rather than deciding it in a hurry at seven.
- Short notice is more workable here than anywhere else we cover, simply because we're minutes away. Ask, even if the date is close.

No delivery fee
What it costs in Westchester
- Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours, without an attendant, physical backdrop, props or prints. Black & White Glam starts at $550 and AI Portraits adds $150.
- DSLR with prints starts at $650 with Standard and includes an attendant, professional camera and lighting, a premium backdrop, themed sign props, red carpet, gold stanchions, and a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 photos with up to six copies per completed session. Glam uses a clean white backdrop without props; AI also includes the premium backdrop and themed sign props.
- No travel fee to Westchester: setup, breakdown and travel are included anywhere in Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
- Additional hours are $100 for Digital Drop-Off and $150 for DSLR, Magic Mirror and either 360 experience. Black & White Glam is a complete package from $550, and AI Portraits is a $150 style add-on. A 30% retainer holds the date for every package. The balance is due seven days before the event.

How much is a photo booth in Westchester?
Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours, DSLR with prints at $650 for three hours, and 360 Overhead at $500 for two hours. There's no travel fee anywhere in Miami-Dade, and certainly not for an event five minutes from where we load the van. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
Can you look at our space first?
For Westchester events, usually yes; it's the advantage of being local. Useful if you're unsure whether the 360 will fit on your patio.

Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
