Photo booth FAQ · Miami-Dade
Questions we get before the booking.
Prices, space, prints, booking and everything people ask before choosing a photo booth in Miami. If your question isn't here, ask — we reply within one business day.
Pricing and booking
How much does a photo booth cost in Miami?
Ours run from $295 for the self-service drop-off booth to $795 for the 360. Attended booths start at $450. Every price covers three hours and includes setup, breakdown and travel across Miami-Dade. See every price and add-on.
What confirms the booking?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 25% retainer, with a $100 minimum. The balance is due seven days before the event. Until the retainer is in, the date stays open to someone else.
Can we reschedule?
Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we'll move the booking to a new date at no extra charge, as long as that date is free and falls within the same calendar year. The retainer isn't refundable, but it moves with you.
Can we add hours on the night?
Sometimes, but we can't promise it. Extra hours are priced on the pricing page and depend on whether our team has another booking after yours. If you think you'll want longer, it's safer to book it up front.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday in quinceañera, wedding or prom season, two to three months is safer. For a weekday or a smaller party, a few weeks is usually fine. If your date is close, ask anyway — we'll tell you straight away whether we're free.
Choosing a booth
Which booth should we pick?
If guests should leave holding something, the DSLR booth prints one per person. For a younger, high-energy crowd, the 360. For portraits people frame, glam. Tell us the event and we'll recommend one.
What's the difference between digital and DSLR?
The digital booth sends everything to phones and has no printer, so it's smaller and cheaper. The DSLR booth uses a professional camera and prints on the spot — one copy for every person in the photo.
Can we have two booths at the same event?
Yes, and it's common at larger weddings and activations where one booth would build a queue. Tell us the guest count and the room, and we'll quote both together.
What if we're not sure?
Send the date, the venue or area, and roughly how many guests. We'll recommend a booth and say why — there's no obligation, and asking doesn't commit you to anything.
Space, power and setup
How much space does a photo booth need?
Roughly 8 by 10 feet of level space for most booths, and 8 by 8 feet for the 360. We also need a standard power outlet within reach and somewhere to unload nearby.
What do you need from us on the day?
A level, covered spot, an outlet, and a parking or unloading space close enough to carry gear in. We ask about your setup location before the event and flag anything that won't work, so there are no surprises.
When do you arrive?
Early enough to set up and test everything before your guests walk in. We don't build a booth while people are arriving.
Can the booth go outside?
Yes, with shade. It's a screen and a computer, and direct Miami sun will overheat it — a canopy is $25 if the space has no cover, and a power bank is $25 if there's no outlet nearby. Evening outdoor events need neither.
Is there a delivery or setup fee?
No. Setup, breakdown and travel anywhere in Miami-Dade are included in every price on the site.
Prints, photos and sharing
How many prints do guests get?
On the DSLR booth, one for every person in the photo, up to five a session — four friends jump in, all four walk away with a print. Sessions are unlimited, so they can come back.
Which booths print?
The DSLR booth includes prints. Prints can be added to the glam and AI booths for $175. The digital and 360 booths are digital only.
How do guests get their photos?
By text, email or QR code, within seconds of the shutter. Nobody needs to download an app.
Do we get all the photos afterward?
Yes. Every attended booth includes a downloadable online gallery of the whole event, yours to keep for three months.
Do you use our photos?
We may use a small number of images from your event in our portfolio or on social media. You and your guests own the photos. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.
Your event
Do you work quinceañeras?
Constantly. The 360 and glam booths are the two most quince crowds remember, and we work with the whole family in Spanish or English. See the quinceañera page.
Do you work weddings?
Yes — we coordinate load-in with your venue or planner, set up before guests arrive, and run the booth without interrupting the reception. See the wedding page.
Can you brand everything for a corporate event?
Yes. Your logo, colors and campaign artwork go on every photo, print and video, and you approve the design before the event. See the corporate page.
What about birthdays, prom and graduations?
All of them, plus showers and gender reveals — same booths, same published prices. See the celebrations page.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes, start to finish — the quote, the planning and the attendant on the night. Vea estas preguntas en español.
Where we go
Which areas do you cover?
All of Miami-Dade County, including Westchester, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Aventura and Pinecrest. Travel is included everywhere in the county.
Do you charge for travel?
No. There's no delivery fee and no mileage line added after you book, anywhere in Miami-Dade.
Do you travel outside Miami-Dade?
Not currently. Everything we quote is within the county.
Will you check our venue first?
Yes. Tell us the venue or describe the space and we'll confirm the floor, access, shade and power before you commit.
