Brickell events happen upstairs. An office party on a Brickell Avenue floor, an amenity deck on the fortieth, a hotel terrace, a restaurant room above Mary Brickell Village. The booth never simply gets wheeled in from a parking garage.
It arrives through a loading dock with a booked window, goes up a freight elevator that has to be reserved, and comes out into a room where the event starts at a fixed minute. That is ordinary for us, but it should be arranged before the event.

High-rise logistics
- Dock and freight elevator. Give us the building and we'll book the window with management ourselves rather than turning up hopeful.
- Wind and sun on terraces. A backdrop is a sail, so high up we either weight it properly or set up without one. A daytime terrace also needs shade because direct sun can overheat the booth. A $50 canopy surcharge applies unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy.
- Setup before doors. For an office party or corporate event we install ahead of the run of show and stay out of the way, never building while guests arrive.
- Branding. Send your logo, colors and campaign artwork and every photo carries them. You approve the design before the event.

What it costs in Brickell
- Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours, without an attendant, physical backdrop, props or prints. Black & White Glam starts at $550 and AI Portraits adds $150.
- DSLR with prints starts at $650 with Standard and includes an attendant, professional camera and lighting, a premium backdrop, themed sign props, red carpet, gold stanchions, and a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 photos with up to six copies per completed session. Glam uses a clean white backdrop without props; AI also includes the premium backdrop and themed sign props.
- No travel fee to Brickell: setup, breakdown and travel are included anywhere in Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
- Additional hours are $100 for Digital Drop-Off and $150 for DSLR, Magic Mirror and either 360 experience. Black & White Glam is a complete package from $550, and AI Portraits is a $150 style add-on. A 30% retainer holds the date for every package. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Yes, and often. The thing to plan for is wind: a backdrop behaves like a sail up there, so we either weight it properly or run the booth without one and use the skyline as the backdrop.

How much is a photo booth in Brickell?
Digital Drop-Off starts at $350 for three hours. DSLR with prints starts at $650 for three hours and 360 Overhead starts at $500 for two hours. Miami-Dade travel is included; multi-day activations are quoted individually.
Can you brand everything with our logo?
Yes. Overlays on every photo, and the backdrop too for larger activations. We send the design for approval beforehand.

Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.
