Brickell events happen upstairs. An office party on a Brickell Avenue floor, an amenity deck on the fortieth, a hotel terrace, a restaurant room above Mary Brickell Village. The booth never simply gets wheeled in from a car park.
It arrives through a loading dock with a booked window, goes up a freight elevator that has to be reserved, and comes out into a room where the event starts at a fixed minute. That's ordinary for us — but it isn't something to work out on the night.

High-rise logistics
- Dock and freight elevator. Give us the building and we'll book the window with management ourselves rather than turning up hopeful.
- Wind and sun on terraces. A backdrop is a sail, so high up we either weight it properly or set up without one. A daytime terrace also needs shade — direct sun overheats the booth — and a canopy is $25 if the deck has no cover.
- Setup before doors. For an office party or corporate event we install ahead of the run of show and stay out of the way, never building while guests arrive.
- Branding. Send your logo, colors and campaign artwork and every photo carries them. You approve the design before the event.

- No travel fee to Brickell — setup, breakdown and travel are included anywhere in Miami-Dade
- Extra hours are $100 for Drop-off or Digital, $125 for Glam or DSLR, $150 for AI, and $175 for 360. A non-refundable retainer holds the date: $100 for Drop-off, $150 for Digital, and $200 for Glam, DSLR, AI, or 360. The balance is due seven days before the event.

Yes, and often. The thing to plan for is wind — a backdrop behaves like a sail up there, so we either weight it properly or run the booth without one and let the skyline do the work.
