For an event there, tell us your meeting room or exhibitor space, operating hours and the result you want: guest engagement, branded takeaways, digital sharing or video. We will recommend the booth, print format and footprint that fit.

We serve event spaces in Hollywood Beach, downtown Hollywood and nearby Broward communities. The Diplomat is a major conference destination, but the same planning process works for hotels, banquet rooms and private venues across the city. Our team travels from Miami; a $50 transport fee applies to Broward bookings.

Can you provide a photo booth for a conference at The Diplomat in Hollywood?
Yes, we accept requests for conferences, exhibitor booths and receptions at Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. Send the event date, meeting space, show hours and vendor requirements so we can confirm availability and the setup plan with you.
Can we put our brand and a QR code on the photos?
Yes. We can design a branded photo overlay using your approved logo, colors and campaign message. A QR code can link to a form you provide. We send the design for approval before the event.
Can the booth operate across multiple conference days?
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us the show dates, daily service hours and any overnight storage or venue access requirements. We will provide a written multi-day proposal.
Which photo booth works best for an exhibitor activation?
A DSLR booth gives attendees a branded printed takeaway; Digital Drop-Off offers self-service digital sharing without prints or an attendant; 360 creates short videos for groups. We recommend a format after learning your booth footprint and campaign goal.
Is there an extra charge for Hollywood, Florida?
Hollywood is in Broward County. Standard published packages add a $50 transportation fee for Broward. Venue-imposed parking, internet, electrical or labor charges are separate when applicable and are identified in the written quote.
