Choose your booth: Digital Drop-Off with AI is $500 for three hours and remains self-service without physical backdrop, props or prints. DSLR with AI is $800, and Magic Mirror with AI is $1,000; both attended options include your choice of 2×6 or 4×6 prints, with up to six copies from each completed session. Add up to 10 custom digital backdrops for $50 when compatible.
Good to know: AI portraits need reliable internet. Throughput varies with the group size, selected style and venue connection. Drop-Off additional hours are $100. DSLR and Magic Mirror additional hours are $150. A 30% retainer holds the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across Miami-Dade; Broward adds $50. Late-night service: A flat $100 fee applies when attended service ends after midnight. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, it applies only to collection after midnight; an agreed later daytime pickup avoids it.

A guest steps up, takes a photo, and picks a style. About 10 to 15 seconds later they are looking at themselves as a Renaissance portrait, comic-book hero or 3D character, ready to share from the booth.
The AI rebuilds the image around the guest. It can also replace a background without a green screen, so the experience can follow your event theme or brand.

Lighting and framing
What makes the results good
- Good lighting. We bring proper lighting; it's the single biggest factor in how the portraits come out.
- Close to the camera. Faces need to fill the frame for the AI to have enough detail to work with.
- Small groups. One or two people give the best results; up to four works well. Beyond that, faces start to lose detail.
We set all of this up so guests just step in and it works.

How long does each AI portrait take?
Most AI portraits are ready in about 10 to 15 seconds. Processing time can vary with the venue's internet connection.
How many AI portraits are included?
Guests can create AI Portrait sessions throughout the booked time. Actual throughput depends on group size, the selected style and the venue's internet connection.
Do guests get the normal photo as well?
Yes. Guests get the original shot alongside the AI version, so nobody has to choose between the original photo and the transformed portrait.
How many styles can we have at our event?
You can choose up to 30 styles from our 170+ selection, plus up to 5 custom styles built for your brand or theme.
Is this a green screen?
No. Green screen swaps the background behind you. The AI rebuilds the whole image, so you can become a comic-book character or an oil painting, not just stand somewhere else.
How many people can be in one AI photo?
One or two people give the best results; groups of up to four also work well. With larger groups, faces begin to lose detail.
Do you need internet at the venue?
Yes. The AI processing happens in the cloud, so the booth needs a stable connection. We'll check this with you before the event.

Serving Miami-Dade County
We bring the AI booth to Westchester, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest and everywhere between. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across Miami-Dade. This is useful for Doral and Brickell offices, where most of our corporate activations happen. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee.
