Glam booth at Key Biscayne Yacht Club
We recently brought the Glam photo booth to a wedding at Key Biscayne Yacht Club. The reception was on the third floor, with a beautiful water view. Valet parking was complimentary for this event.
For vendor load-in, we entered on the right side of the building and used the service elevator by the kitchen to reach the third floor. Venue procedures can change, so we reconfirm the arrival time, entrance and elevator instructions before every event.

Key Biscayne weddings often use terraces, lawns, private clubs and rooms close to the water. The view is the easy part. The practical questions are where the booth enters, when the venue allows load-in, where the nearest outlet is, and what happens if wind or rain reaches the setup.
Send us the venue and timeline before the event. We confirm access, measure the space with the venue when needed, and arrive early enough to build and test the booth before your guests enter the room.
- Outdoor in daylight: the booth needs shade so the screen stays visible and the equipment stays cool.
- Wind: we place and secure the backdrop where it will stay straight rather than fight the breeze all night.
- Rain plan: outdoor bookings need a covered alternative that keeps the booth and power dry.
- Power and floor: most booths need a nearby outlet and about 8 by 10 feet; the 360 needs roughly 8 by 8 feet of firm, level floor.
