Choose your package: AI Magic Mirror is $700 for 3 hours. AI Magic Mirror with Prints is $850 and includes one single-photo 4×6 print for each guest in the photo, up to 6 copies per completed session and up to 700 prints during a 3-hour private event. Printing for festivals, conventions and high-volume public activations is quoted by expected attendance and operating time. Add 10 custom digital backdrops for $50.
Good to know: AI portraits need reliable internet. Up to 300 AI portraits are included per booking. Additional hours are $150 without prints or $175 with printing. A 30% retainer holds the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across Miami-Dade; Broward adds $50. Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.

Plan for about 8 by 8 feet of clear indoor or covered space, a standard power outlet and reliable internet. We confirm the final layout with the venue.
