Good to know: Plan for approximately 8×8 feet of flat, level floor and a nearby power outlet. For daytime outdoor events a $50 surcharge applies for a canopy (unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy). No power outlet? No worries, we bring our own power station for $50. A 30% retainer holds the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Travel is included across Miami-Dade; Broward adds $50. Late-night service: For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. Regular additional-hour rates still apply. Service after 2:00 a.m. is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight; there is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance.

8 to 12 guests remain on the venue floor while the camera moves around them. Its frame is 11 ft 4 in wide × 8 ft 9 in high and requires a clear operating area of at least 12 × 12 ft with 10 ft of unobstructed height.

The Overhead 360 keeps 8 to 12 guests on the venue floor inside a frame measuring 11 feet 4 inches wide and 8 feet 9 inches high. It requires a minimum clear, level 12 by 12 foot operating area and a minimum unobstructed ceiling height of 10 feet.
Can the 360 Platform Photo Booth be used outdoors?
Yes. The platform needs flat, level flooring and suitable weather protection. Daytime events also need shade because direct sun can overheat the screen and equipment.
What if the venue has no shade or nearby power outlet?
For daytime outdoor events a $50 surcharge applies for a canopy unless you provide a 10 by 10 foot canopy. If there is no power outlet, we bring our own power station for $50.
Do guests receive their 360 videos immediately?
Yes. Guests can share their finished videos through SMS, email or QR code after each session. The booking also includes an online gallery available for 3 months.
Can we choose the music and video design?
Yes. Your booking includes a custom soundtrack and animated video overlay with your names, logo or event artwork.
