Send us your date, event area, preferred booth, and planned start and end times. For Drop-Off, include the requested collection time. We use those details to check availability and include every applicable charge in the quote. For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight; for Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight, with no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance. We reply within one business day with the complete price for your booking, in English or Spanish. Nothing here commits you to anything, and we'll tell you straight away if we're already booked. We cover Westchester, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest and everywhere in between. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee, and any optional upgrade is listed in your price before you book.
