Service after midnight and collection timing
For attended booths, a flat $100 late-night fee applies when scheduled booth service ends after midnight. For Drop-Off, a $100 late-night collection fee applies only when collection at the end of the event is scheduled after midnight. There is no late-night fee when a later daytime collection is arranged in advance. We include applicable charges in your quote.

What happens next
- We reply within one business dayWith a price for your date and booth, and confirmation that we're free. English or Spanish, whichever is easier.
- Pay the retainerA signed agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer on the contract total, including add-ons, reserve your date. The $250 vinyl logo on the back of the booth, the $950 full physical booth wrap and separately quoted custom physical add-ons, such as a printed backdrop, are excluded from the retainer calculation and paid in full before printing or fabrication begins. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
- We take care of setupWe set up and test the booth before guests arrive. An attendant runs staffed booths; we collect Drop-Off at the agreed time.

We cover Westchester, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Gardens, Aventura, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest and everywhere in between. Travel, setup and breakdown are included across Miami-Dade. Broward bookings add a $50 transportation fee, and any optional upgrade is listed in your price before you book.
